Important Information

Your old appliance must be disconnected before we arrive.

We offer a high quality, efficient and speedy installation service for many large household items and PCs. If installation is available, you will be offered it as you place your order.

If you opt for this service, we will:

Unpack and check your product.

Position and set up your product.

Ensure your product is installed safely and securely.

Register and set up your PC.

Test your product in front of you. This excludes refrigeration products as they must be left to stand for up to 24 hours prior to use. Please refer to the Manufacturer's Specification for further guidance.

Explain any unusual product features to you.

Our installation charges are in addition to the delivery charge for the product.

Important Information
 

Your old appliance should be empty and safely disconnected prior to our arrival

For many larger products we offer to remove your old appliance for a small extra charge. If scrap collection is available you will be offered it as you place your order.

Fridges and freezers must be fully defrosted

Gas and dual fuel cookers must be disconnected by a Corgi approved engineer and mains-wired electric cookers should only be disconnected by an electrically competent person

If you have paid for installation of your new cooker, we are qualified to disconnect your old cooker for you.
